As always Paris Fashion week closed the fashion month. After New York, London and Milan, the French capital once again welcomed buyers and the press in person. From September 27 to October 5, the ready-to-wear houses presented the fall-winter 2021/2022 women’s collections. The two trade shows Première Classe and Tranoi received visitors while respecting the sanitary measure. The many brands and jewelry designers have seen their partners again during individual meetings. So here’s what I took away from the last fashion week in Paris.
I had the pleasure to visit The Amanqui showroom where I discovered the 8 fine jewelry brands. Based in Dubai and founded by two young women, this showroom presented for the first time in Paris a selection of luxury jewelry from Klaudyna Rzad London, Syd + Pia, Obari, Mas, Jwaher jewels, By Sarah, Meher Jewelery, Amira Karaouli Jewelry. The pieces that caught my attention are: white and yellow gold pendants from By Sarah, architectural rings from Obari, delicate and graphic earrings from Amira Kararaouil and playful jewelry from Mas. Colorful pieces by Syd + Pia, unisex jewelry made of diamond-cut gold beads by Klaudyna Rzad, designs inspired by the galaxy of symbols from Meher Jewelery and delicate pieces from Jwaher jewels completed this selection of quality, originality and diversity.
During Paris Fashion Week, Italian jeweler Vhernier unveiled his novelties to the French press. The Calla Whip collection is a variation of the Iconic Calla collection and is characterized by the simplicity and fluidity of its lines. The cone-shaped elements are slightly curved to wrap smoothly around the wrists and fingers. The collection consists of a bracelet and a ring that are available in three different material combinations: rose gold and matte black titanium, matte black titanium and white diamonds, and in an all pink gold version. Matte black titanium is an innovation specific to the House that was introduced by Vhernier into the world of jewelry.
To celebrate the hundred years of celebrity of perfume N ° 5, Patrice Leguéreau, Director of the Chanel Jewelry Creation Studio, imagined the “Collection N ° 5”, the first and only set of High Jewelry dedicated to a perfume. These one hundred and twenty-three extraordinary pieces exhale the different facets of perfume N ° 5, which were presented during Paris Fashion Week. In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel launched the perfume N ° 5 inspired by her favorite number, and which will make her a legend. The centerpiece of the N ° 5 collection is the 55.55 necklace, the design of which incorporates the distinctive codes of the unique bottle of N ° 5. Composed of more than 700 diamonds, it features a DFL type IIa diamond, cut to measure to weigh precisely 55.55 carats and which marks the style of CHANEL.
Céline Rivet presented the novelties of Gaya Joaillerie in her Parisian boutique. The skin jewelry brand is using rainbow colors for the latest Rainbow Love collection. Gold or silver pieces are lacquered in cheerful colors and available at very affordable prices.
To close the fashion week, there was a very important event orchestrated by a shock tandem. The Persta jewelry house has opened its first boutique in Paris. The twin brothers Olivier and Guilhem, who are at the head of this independent and contemporary brand, have set down in the Marais. At 8, rue Sainte-Anastase in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, you will find the shop / workshop with all the available collections of this creative duo.
