The organizers have also asked me to participate in the jury to choose the best jewelry made of amber. The five jury members independently selected their 5 favorite jewles. After a long discussion around 25 creations, we apprecied the bracelet “Gaudi” by Ryszard Węsierski A2 Studio biżuterii and the necklace by Dorota Cenecka Gin Atelier. The first prize was awarded for set “Gray” (necklace, bracelet and ring) inspired by Salvador Dali and made by Biżuteria Artystyczna “E&M” Marek Pawłowski.

But it’s time to talk about the subject for which I was called. As a blogger in jewelry and especially as a consultant in social networks in the jewelry industry, I had great pleasure to share my knowledge with the professionals of fine jewelry sector in Poland. Despite the work that still remains to be done, I appreciate the interest of creators around digital communication. I hope my tips will help them better understand social networks and adapt to their digital strategy.
To close Ambermart, I went to the festival of Mariacka street. It is part of the fair and takes place on the most beautiful street in Gdansk. This year the program was completed by nearly 40 events prepared at the initiative of the International Association of Amber. I enjoyed a demonstration of the cut of the amber by the use of techniques from the Middle Ages. At the same time, I went to the opening of Dorota Kos I will introduce shortly.
Of course, I finish with my favorite jewelry designers of this edition of Ambermart and I hope I’ve made you want to go to Gdansk.
