Caterina Murino is an Italian international actress famous for her roles at cinema, theater, and television. Having a strong passion for jewelry and deeply linked to her island, Sardinia, she launched her brand Caterina Murino Jewelery in 2015 and dedicates her creations to Sardinian filigree, an ancient craftsmanship trying not to disappear.  Also creating jewels inspired by ancient art from her beloved island, Caterina designed an egg-shaped pendant in silver filigree. Among these unique pieces, an exceptional single copy of the pendant was crafted in pink gold and set with sapphires. On his side, pastry chef Adrien Bozzolo took inspiration from the refined design of the jewel to create a delicate egg-shaped decor in pure Madagascar chocolate, behind which a chocolate egg is standing on a crispy hazelnut and ‘fleur de sel’ praline cushion. The precious pendant is secretly locked inside the egg which base is filled with small chocolate candies made with Sardinian myrtle liqueur.

In 2006 Caterina Murino dedicates to the NGO the creation of a ring from her "Fili di Vento" jewelry collection, part of the funds of which is always donated to AMREF Health Africa. Today Mandarin Oriental, Paris will support Caterina Murino's commitment by donating all profits from the sale of the Easter egg to AMREF.

The Easter egg will be available in limited edition from 10 to 18 April 2022 and is sold EUR 120 on demand 48 hours in advance. The egg enclosing the pink gold pendant is sold EUR 720.
